This is a booking request only and it will be reviewed by our staff before being accepted or declined, according availability.
You will be notified via email when the booking is accepted or declined. We try to send you a confirmation before 1 hour. If you do not receive it please send us a message to the email: manuelantonioquepostours@gmail.com or by WhatsApp, number: +50660012815 .
If your booking is accepted a deposit is required. This deposit could be sent via PayPal. Payment under PayPal platform you could use your credit card also. With the email of confirmation you will receive the information about due amount and how to pay. The balance will be paid by cash in USD or colones according the exchange for that day.
No refund will be provided in case of booking cancellation or no show.
- Any cancellation made less than 2 days prior to the service will incur a 100% charge.- NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the fare.
- The pick-up time may vary by approximately 15 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
- At the pick-up location, the driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes for a customer since it is a shared service.
- If the passenger does not show up within 10 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, it will be considered a NO SHOW, and 100% of the fare will be charged. In a Transfer In, the waiting time is one hour after the flight lands.
- If for any reason, including flight delays, the passenger is not present at the confirmed location and time, Pablo Shuttles will charge 100% (No Show).
- Each passenger is allowed one carry-on bag and one piece of luggage in the shared service. If you need extra space only let know us at comments in the booking form.
- Carry-on items are the passenger's responsibility throughout the journey and must remain with the passenger at all times during the trip.
- Pablo Shuttles is not responsible for the loss or damage of carry-on items that are not properly supervised by the passenger. This includes carry-on items placed incorrectly in the trunk.
- We do not transport bicycles or kayaks. In the case of surfboards, they must be reported at the time of booking.
- Children under 3 years old pay 50% of the adult fare. Children between 6 months and 3 years old must use a baby seat or booster during the trip. These are provided free of charge and must be requested when making the reservation.
- All shared service transfers include a rest stop if requested by the customers. This stop may be a connection point or may involve a vehicle change depending on the route.
- Pets are not allowed in the vans (except for guide dogs accompanied by their owners).
- Pablo Shuttles is not responsible for schedule changes in ferry services or accidents.
- Pablo Shuttles may change or cancel any service without refund due to reasons beyond its control, such as strikes, weather conditions, local warfare or guerrilla activities, public demonstrations, natural disasters, or acts of terrorism.
- In case of legal disputes between the customer and Pablo Shuttles, both parties agree to follow the guidelines of the legal jurisdiction of the Republic of Costa Rica.
